1. Return Eligibility
- Return window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Condition of items: All returns must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Items that have been used, altered, or damaged may not be eligible for a return.
- Non-returnable items: The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or special-order items
- Items that have been used or damaged (e.g., power tools, consumables)
- Safety gear, personal protective equipment (PPE), or items that have been opened
- Items purchased from a third-party retailer (not directly from us)
2. How to Request a Return
If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:
