What is your return policy?

You can return unused, unopened items within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be in its original packaging. Certain items, like custom or used tools, are non-returnable. For more information please see our return policy.

How do I return an item?

To return an item, contact us at sales@urbantechindustrial.com or visit our contact page within 30 days. We’ll provide instructions and a return authorization number.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect. In those cases, we provide a prepaid return label.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. You can also check the status of your order on our website using your order number.

What should I do if my order is damaged or incorrect?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll send a prepaid return label and offer a replacement or full refund.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within United States. We’re working on expanding our shipping options and will update our site when international shipping is available.

Please note that there are some items that cannot be shipped outside continental US

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, as long as they haven’t been shipped. After that, you’ll need to return the item after receiving it.
